Technical Support and Assistance
Having trouble getting CHAT to work? When you click on "begin quiz" -- does nothing happen? Are you in a loop asking you to login over and over again? Try checking your browser and computer for the proper WebCT settings by checking our Browser Setting Instructions (pdf).

- Password problems: eCore students and WebBSIT students can go to the Online Support Center (OSC) for password resets. SPSU Vista students can also use this service after hours and on weekends.
- All after-hours, Vista support will now go through the statewide Online Support Center(OSC): as of July 1st, 2006 a new help center is available through the University System of Georgia which will be a 24/7/365 service.

- Search: Go to the web site above and search the Knowledge Base topics for your problem. Most problems will be found using this method along with the action you should take to correct the issue.
- Submit a ticket: if you cannot find what you need after one or two searches, then, submit a ticket.
- Chat: there is a live chat link to communicate with a technologist. If your preliminary search of the Knowledge Base didn’t solve your problem, try this live alternative.
- Call: the OSC provides a toll-free number on the OSC web site. This should never be your first choice for assistance.
