Welcome to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP)

We oversee the administration of sponsored programs at Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) including grants, contracts and sub-awards. Our faculty are the people who deliver on all aspects of SPSU's mission, and our mission is to help them get that job done.

OSP offers a wide range of services including:

• Identifying funding opportunities
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting grant proposals, contracts and sub-awards
• Award negotiation and acceptance
• Managing awards
• Negotiating agreements (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, etc.)
• Award close-out
• Sponsored project data collection
• Education, professional development, and outreach
